I love the books I have received from you, but I am disturbed that you have allowed my young teenage son (Michael Powell) at the same address by mine to order games and magic stuff putting the cost on my credit card. Did you not notice any connection? I’m looking forward in hearing from you as I return the merchandise today by Fed Ex to you. Please reply to this email.

Thanking you in advance for your response,

    Deborah B. Powell

I bought this for my special education class thinking that it would come with the CD-ROM that was required for my class after already purchasing the wrong textbook and when I recieved it I discovered that it does come with the MyLabSchool but not a CD-ROM. I guess that Amazon doesn’t sell the CD-ROM at all so look to buy a package elsewhere if you need/want the CD-ROM.

I ordered this book the first week of September. The “ship between/by” date was listed as Sept 28th, at the latest. Anything I’ve ever ordered from Amazon has always made it to me within the first week or two, so when I hadn’t received my order by the middle of month I began to wonder. It was early October when I contacted the vendor for a return. She apologized perfunctorily, stating that she had just had the book returned to her for some unknown reason the day before. (Why she didn’t send word about it first, I have no idea). Anyway, to her credit, within 24 hours of contacting her she was processing my refund. However, judging by the others who’ve registered similar complaints, this vendor is either not on the ball, or someone in the postal service has it in for her.

This book was much needed! The seller communicated with me very well. I appreciate everything she tried to do. It was in a good condition. Thank you!

Had to purchase for a college class. The book states many obvious things an average person already knows. I sold it as soon as semester was over.
