Is is just me or are there pages missing from this book that seems to end of page 563? The index references pages well beyond this point (Gantt Chart on page 575, item analysis on page 579). There is a glossary section numbered “G1-G14,” a reference section numbered “R1R34,” and the index is numbered I1-I14. The book seems to end on page 563, which means that the index was not properly updated. I am using this for a text! That error is very irritating and much less than I would expect from SAGE!
