Dr. Arnett has done an excellent job in writing this book for a simple read of a very complex ancient living culture. He has made umpteen number of trips to India and out of his love of this much misuderstood culture he has written a loving viewpoint to demystify the mystical India for people of all ages.

I have met the authors several times and have bought a dozen of these books to be presented to my friends and colleagues including Indians, who do not fully get their own culture.

I recommend this book to every one.

Finders Keepers is a pleasant, informative, educational and well illustrated introduction to India, its culture and its religions for children. It is based on the author’s personal experiences while traveling through India. Both parents and children should find it interesting. I know two toddlers for whom Finders Keepers has replaced the Teddy Bear. They love the illustrations and know the story, although they are not yet able to read. The values imparted by the story provide a good foundation for their future.

Finders Keepers? is an excellently written book aimed at children of all ages. Its illustrations are top-quality, very colorful and go along very well with the story. The book carries a deep message about what is the correct and most spiritual way to act according to one’s conscience. If everybody would be acting according to the principles exposed in this book, we would definitely be living in a better world. I recommend this book to anyone.

The book has a simple yet interesting story and beautiful illustrations that depict the magnificent culture of India. It brings to the reader the values that are engraved in the hearts of Indian people:

Do what you ought to do, what is righteous.

Consider every person, every living being a part of your family.

Don’t run in pursuit of material things.

Understand that there is God in the heart of every person.

My mom got this book for me and I love it.I shared with whole class and my teacher read the book to us. They liked the meaning of NAMASTE and the colourful pictures.
My favorite part is the honest boy who teaches you honesty in a very simple way.
